LOOKIERO

Lookiero, a subscription based online retailer was looking to roll out a new business model in conjunction with their current one.

Lookiero needed to evaluate three different design prototypes of this new model, understand how customers are currently responding to the existing model, as well as find out what opportunities will drive value and synergy between both.

My role was to design research questions, conduct interviews, and report back findings in the form of insights and various visual deliverables.
